Rita Esparza for not only being attentive to her work, but also
taking into account how the cities actions will effect citizens like
me. I'm 62 years old and below the federal poverty line; after
attempts to save a building on my property failed, it was determined
the building would need to be demolished. Rita has gone out of her
way to not only do her job, but do it in a way that won't be
excessively burdensome for me!
