Dear District 10 Residents,

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter holiday and are enjoying Spring. Fiesta officially kicks off today and lasts two full weeks. Feel free to view all of the Fiesta festivities here.

Early voting is right around the corner and your voice matters. It starts Monday, April 27th and lasts until Tuesday, May 5th. Be sure to learn about all of the ballot propositions and Charter amendments. You will find 2 propositions related to continuing our linear creeks and protecting the Edwards Aquifer. Four Charter amendments will be on the ballot regarding your right to vote on future lightrail/streetcar projects, Council pay, filling the vacancy for the Mayor and administrative cleanup of the City Charter.

For more information regarding these measures please click here. You may also find your ballot by entering your address on this website. Early voting sites will be held throughout the City, the closest sites for District 10 residents are at the following libraries:  Julia Yates Semmes (15060 Judson Rd.), Tobin at Oakwell (4134 Harry Wurzbach), and Brookhollow (530 Heimer Rd.).

As always, please don't hesitate to email or call the District 10 office if you have any questions or comments about any of these issues.

Sincerely,

Councilman Mike Gallagher
